This ad was supposed to be a stop-gap ad for Guinness to be used temporarily between two more expensive campaigns. But such was the enthusiastic reception from the public, it ran and ran and ran. Probably due to the timing during the World Cup.
I won two awards for this – the Editing Craft Award in Kinsale (Sharks) and another Editing Craft Award at the ICADs.
